TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email from our messaging service with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse. Enter it in Zeleris’ monitoring page to check its status: https://www.zeleris.com/seguimiento_envio.aspx In case the tracking number doesn’t work, try it again in a few hours, as the system may take a little longer than expected to upgrade the latest information. If your order has to go through Customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs that this may entail.

PRE-ORDER

If the order contains at least one pre-order item, it will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item arrives in our warehouse. The order will be shipped in a single package once all products are available..

When the order leaves our warehouse, the selected delivery time will start to count and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

MELLER LENS PROTECTION

The lenses of MELLER sunglasses are equipped with a UV400 protective filter, that protect 100% from ultraviolet radiation and are approved by the European Union. They also have a polarized filter, which is ideal for reducing reflections caused by the sun on water, snow, metallic surfaces and glare produced by intense light, thus reducing visual fatigue. Meller lenses are manufactured with the most advanced international coating technology. The AntiScratch coating, providingt he lens surface with a layer of protective film and improving resistance to heat, moisture, shock and scratches. Its oleophobic coating layer provides smoothness and makes it difficult for dirt to adhere, ensuring resistance to water, oils and sweat stains, which can be easily wiped off without leaving a trace..

Our sunglasses meet the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008 y Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.

CARE OF THE GLASSES

Clean them with a soft cloth and always use the Meller carrying case. Do not use soap or water. Keep them away from direct light sources for a long time.

It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down or drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.

CARE OF THE WATCHES

The water resistance of the Astar is 3ATM. This means that the watch is suitable for daily use and can withstand splashing drops and rain but should avoid direct contact with water (showering, swimming, diving...).

The resistance of the Denka and Maori is 5ATM. This means that the watch is suitable for daily use, showering and swimming, but NOT for diving, snorkelingor water sports.

Water damage is not covered by the 24-month warranty.

The warranty also does not cover defects and damage due to normal wear and tear.

WATCH COMPONENTS AND MATERIALS

Meller watches are made of stainless steel. The watch crystal is coated with sapphire, enhancing its resistance against shocks and scratches.

The warranty does not cover damage to the crystal/glass.

TYPE OF MOVEMENT

All pieces of Meller watches use a Japanese quartz mechanism.

 

HOW TO ADJUST THE LENGHT OF THE METALLIC STRAP

 

INTERCHANGEABLE BANDS

The bands of Meller watches are interchangeable. To change them, place the watch face down and look for the watch's metal spring bar. The spring bar is the small metal bar that can be pressed on at one end of the band, near the watch case. Press on the spring bar and remove the band. To insert the new band, follow the same procedure backwards.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

CONTENT AND TERM OF THE WARRANTY

Meller watches are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects include the watch movement, indexes, dial and hands.


This warranty is valid only when sent with proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase, model and retailer's name) together with the defective product during the warranty period. Meller reserves the right not to offer the warranty service free of charge if the documents indicated are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible. If returned within the warranty period, Meller undertakes to repair or replace the defective watch or any of its parts at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover transportation costs.

After expiration of the warranty, repairs will be subject to a service charge.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover any of the following: Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural catastrophe. Damage or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass...) or accidents. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear. Expendable equipment (components that are expected to need periodic replacement during the life of the product, such as batteries, etc).

WATCH BATTERY LIFE

The batteries installed in our watches are expected to last 2 to 3 years, depending on external factors such as, but not limited to, outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.



CHANGES AND RETURNS

CHANGE OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you wish to make a change to the delivery address, please contact us at info@mellerbrand.com and we will do our best to assist you.

In the event that we are unable to make the address change because the parcel has already been dispatched, we will need to contact our delivery service. Please note that this process may delay the delivery time.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In case of a defective product, you must contact info@mellerbrand.com within 14 days of receipt of the order and send us an image clearly showing the damage, and we will try to verify that the product is really defective.

In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, Meller will pay the shipping costs. At the same time that we verify that the product is defective, the refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.

ERRONEOUS ORDER

In case you receive an order that does not correspond to what you have purchased, you must contact info@mellerbrand.com within 14 days of receipt of the order and send us an image showing everything you have received with their respective references in the box and proof of payment and shipping. We will give you a solution once we have verified the content.

In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, Meller will take care of the shipping costs. At the same time that we verify that the order was wrong, the refund or exchange will be made to the affected user.

The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it.

ORDER RETURNS OR CHANGES

To make any changes or returns to your order, the product needs to be send back to Meller offices. The deadline for any change or return is 14 days from when the order was received. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case and any label that accompanied it. The shipment cost will be assumed by the customer.

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A REFUND

Once the package has been returned to our offices, it is processed before proceeding to the approval of the return. The product must be shipped to our offices within 14 days of receipt of the order, must be unused and must be in its original box with the sleeve and any accompanying labels.

If your return is approved, a full refund of the price of the merchandise will be issued within 7 business days and you will be notified by mail of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued, you can expect it to be effective within 5-10 business days.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The total amount of your order will be withdrawn from your bank account once the order and payment have been processed and approved. If no payment has been received after the order was sent, Mellermay cancel your order automatically without notice.


You will receive an e-mail once your order has left the warehouse at the e-mail address that you provided to us when you made the purchase. If for some reason you have not received an e-mail, check your spam folder. You can also write to us at info@mellerbrand.com with the details of your order.

REJECTED PAYMENTS

The three most common reasons why a payment is being rejected by our payment system are as follows:

Insufficient funds. Make sure there are sufficient funds in the account to make the purchase.

The credit card was not issued from the country you are currently in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued from the same country in the same country you are making the purchase.  Your bank is blocking online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure the payment is not being blocked.

PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURITY

All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank, including Meller.

DISCOUNT APPLICATION

Discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website, and are only valid for a limited amount of time.

If you have requested a discount code in the checkout process but it has not been applied check that the code was valid when you made the purchase. If you tryied applied a valid code but it has not been applied, please email us at info@mellerbrand.com.  

TRANSFER PAYMENT

At the moment it is not possible to make payments by bank transfer, but you can pay with a debit card or credit card or by Paypal.
