Order and delivery

Order tracking

You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.

If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.

Order modification and cancellation

Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel it.

Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made, however, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at info@mellerbrand.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

When making a purchase from abroad, customs duties and taxes may be incurred, which does not depend on Meller but on the policies of each country.

Before finalizing the purchase, at the moment of choosing the shipping method, a notice will appear in case of incurring any type of expense related to customs or customs taxes not included.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to make a return or exchange.

To proceed with the return or exchange you should send the order to our offices (with the company of your choice) and, upon receiving it and checking that it is in good condition, we will refund the money or proceed with the exchange.

Please note that, in order to accept the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and inside their respective boxes, as you received it.please attach a NOTE TO THE PACKAGE: Indicating if it is Return or Exchange (which model you want) / Full Name / Order number. In case the order has been shipped to USA, please send us an email to info@mellerbrand.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange and the item you wish to receive in the case of an exchange.

*Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or errors on our part, the cost of the return will be assumed by the customer.

ERRONEOUS ORDER

In order to speed up the resolution of the incident, it will be very helpful if you indicate the order number and send us a photo of the product and another photo of the back of the box where you can see the label.

In addition another photo of the temple where you can see the serial number of the same, (in the case of a pair of glasses).

REFUND

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will be notified by email of the transaction.

Once the refund is issued, it will be effective within 1 to 10 business days (depending on the bank to which the refund is issued).

MEASUREMENTS

You can check the measurements of a specific product in the characteristics section of its product page.

MELLER LENS PROTECTION

MELLER’s sunglasses lenses have a UV400 protection filter that protects 100% of ultraviolet radiation and are approved by the European Union.

In the case of polarized lenses, they also benefit from a polarized filter, which is ideal for reducing reflections caused by the sun on water, snow, and metallic surfaces, but also flashes produced by intense lights, all thus reducing visual fatigue.


Meller lenses are manufactured with the most advanced international AntiScratch coating technology, which provides an extra layer of protection, improving resistance to heat, humidity, bumps, and scratches.


Its oleophobic coating layer provides smoothness and makes it difficult for dirt to adhere, keeping away water, oils, and sweat stains, which can be easily wiped off without leaving a trace.

Our sunglasses comply with the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008, and Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.

GLASSES CARE

We recommend:

  • Cleaning them with a soft cloth and always use the Meller case to carry them. Avoid using soap and water.
  • Keep them away from direct light sources for a long period.
  • It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down nor to drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.
PRESCRIPTION LENSES

Meller does not offer prescription lenses as we do not make prescription lenses. 

However, in case you want to change the lenses in your optician's shop, we recommend that you choose metal, acetate, or bio-acetate glasses.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

CONTENT AND DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

Meller offers a lifetime warranty on all its glasses, covering soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including lens scratches, broken lenses, or damage caused by abuse or mistreatment.

Meller chains are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Both warranties will be valid only when contacting Customer Service, indicating the defective product along with proof of purchase and a photo of the product, within the warranty coverage period (2 years).

*Meller reserves the right not to offer the warranty service free of charge if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information they contain is incomplete or illegible.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover any of the following:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural catastrophe.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass...), or accidents.
  • Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear - consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the life of the product).
PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO

In the event that you have received a defective product, we recommend that you contact our customer service team through our email address info@mellerbrand.com.

In order to speed up the resolution of the incident, it will be helpful if you indicate the order number and send us a picture of the product and another image of the back of the box where you can see the label. 

In addition to another photo of the temple where you can see the serial number of the same, (in the case of a goggle).

DECLINED PAYMENTS

The three most common reasons why a payment is being rejected by our payment system are as follows:

  • Insufficient funds. Make sure there are sufficient funds in the account to make the purchase.
  • The credit card was not issued from the country you are currently in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued from the same country where you are making the purchase.
  • Your bank is blocking online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure that the payment is not being blocked.


PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The total amount of your order will be withdrawn from your account when the order and payment have been processed and approved.


In the event that no payment has been received after the order has been processed, Meller may cancel your order automatically and without notification.


You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason you have not received any email, please check your spam folder.

SECURITY OF PAYMENT INFORMATION

All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or read again.

DISCOUNT APPLICATION

The discounts we offer are only valid for orders placed on our official website, and for a limited amount of time.


If you have requested a discount code in the checkout process but it has not been applied, please check that the code was valid at the time of purchase. If you have applied a valid code but it has not been applied, please contact us at info@mellerbrand.com so we can help you ;)

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

At the moment it is not possible to pay by bank transfer, but you can pay by debit card, credit card or Paypa
