LEGAL BASIS OF THE GIVEAWAY

- Identification of the competition organiser.
The organiser of this competition is the company Stellio Ventures, S.L. (hereinafter, "Meller" or "the Organiser"), with registered office at Calle la Llacuna, 162-164, 08018, Barcelona and C.I.F B-66279118. Meller makes available to participants located within the European territory, the conditions that will govern the draw called "48H FLASH GIVEAWAY - 1 DOUBLE SÓNAR PASSES + LIMITED EDITION SÓNAR30 SUNGLASSES FROM SUNDAY AT 8PM (CET) TO MONDAY AT 8PM (CET), in which they can participate through Instagram.
- Territorial scope of the promotion and temporal scope.
This competition is valid throughout Europe.
The period of the draw will be as follows: it will start on 14/05/23 at 20.00 pm and will end on 15/05/23 at 20.00 pm. Users who participate outside these dates will not be able to take part in the draw.
Meller reserves the right to postpone, extend, suspend, cancel or modify the duration of the prize draw at any time prior to its completion, for justified reasons that will be published in the communication channels through which the prize draw is organised and publicised, as well as on any social media profiles owned by the Organiser that it may use for this purpose.
- Participation Conditions.
In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must meet the following requirements, all users who do not meet these requirements will not be able to take part in the Sweepstakes:
* Be a natural person.
* Be over eighteen (18) years of age.
* Be a resident of the European territory.
Participation in the prize draw is completely free of charge, with no additional costs or charges associated with participation in the prize draw.
The Organiser reserves the right not to admit or to expel as a participant any user who impedes or hinders in any way the smooth running of the prize draw and/or who in any case carries out actions that may be considered abusive, contrary to good faith and the principles of independence, impartiality and/or objectivity of the result of the prize draw.
- How is the Giveaway going to work.
In order to participate in the giveaway, the User must follow the following instructions:
Users wishing to participate in the present promotion must:
- Be followers of Meller’s Instagram account (@meller).
- Comment tagging another Instagram user with whom they would like to go to the festival. It is a prerequisite. Participants can tag as many Instagram users as they want as long as these are personal.
When the draw takes place, the winner must be a follower of the account in order to be able to contact the winner via DM on Instagram.
Any User who does not comply with these instructions will not be eligible to be a winner.
- Prize of the competition and choice of the winning user.
Any user who participates in this competition and complies with all the requirements established in these legal bases, can opt for the following prize:
1 double full pass for Sónar 2023 + Sónar30 limited edition sunglasses
Charges of transport or stay are not included by any means.
(hereinafter referred to as "the prize")
The prize cannot be changed, altered or compensated in any way at the request of the winning participant. Winning users may renounce the prizes won, but in no case will an alternative prize be offered, nor will such renunciation give any right to compensation or indemnification.
The winners will be announced on 16/05/23. Once the winning user has been selected, Meller will analyse that he/she fulfills all the necessary requirements detailed in these terms and conditions in order to enter the prize draw.
Meller will announce the winner in the following way: via Meller’s account on Instagram in the same post of the prize draw in the Instagram Feed.
If Meller does not receive a response from the Winning User within 24 hours of notification, or if the Winning User rejects the prize, it will be understood that the Winning User expressly renounces the prize, and a new random selection will be made to determine a new Winning User. In the event that the next winner does not reply within 24 hours of notification of the prize, the Organiser reserves the right to decide what to do with the prize, and may even leave the prize vacant.
- Fiscal Obligations.
All relevant tax provisions under current Spanish law will apply to the prizes in this prize draw.
- Data protection
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data provided by the user as part of their participation in the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy defined on the Meller website: https://mellerbrand.com/pages/privacy-policy.
- Exemption from liability.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties or the Internet that may affect participation in this prize draw.
Meller will not be held responsible in the event that the winner misuses the prize or fails to comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
Meller will not be responsible for transport or stay.

- Safeguard clause.
In the event that one of the clauses of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall be interpreted independently and autonomously and shall not be affected by the clause that has been declared invalid.
- Jurisdiction and applicable law.
The present prize draw and its corresponding legal bases will be governed by the Spanish common law in force.
For any controversy that may arise from the interpretation and application of the present legal bases, they are expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that by law may correspond to the user.
Participation in the prize draw implies the acceptance of each and every one of the conditions established in these terms and conditions and of the corresponding declaration of winners once the prize draw has ended.
