Return/Refund Policy

This policy only applies to these products bought through our official website (www.mellerbrand.com).

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, all the accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/refund, please complete this typeform. If your return/refund is accepted, we will send the address where you will have to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of returning will be paid by the client.

In case that you decide to refund all the products included in your original order, Mellerbrand will refund the original cost paid (including the transportation cost from our warehouses to you, but never the transportation cost of the return).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 14 days after reception) through this typeform if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method in a 7 working days period. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
