EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to make an exchange or return.


To proceed with a return or exchange, you should send the order back to our offices (using a carrier of your choice) and, once we receive it and confirm it is in good condition, we will issue a refund or proceed with the exchange.

Please note that, in order to accept the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and inside its original packaging, just as you received it.

Please include a NOTE IN THE PACKAGE: Indicating whether it is a Return or an Exchange (which model you want) / Full Name / Order Number.

If the order was shipped to the USA or UK, please send us an email at info@mellerbrand.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the item you would like to receive in case of an exchange.

*Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing issues or errors on our part, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

WRONG ORDER

If you have received an incorrect order or a defective product, we recommend you contact our customer service team at info@mellerbrand.com

To help us resolve the issue faster, please provide your order number and send a photo of the product, a photo of the back of the box showing the label, and — if the item is a pair of glasses — a photo of the temple where the serial number is visible.

REFUND

If your return is approved, the corresponding refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

You will be notified by email about the transaction.

Once the refund has been issued, it will be processed within 1 to 10 business days (depending on the bank to which the refund is sent).
