Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our official website: www.mellerbrand.com.
Return period
You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund.
Item conditions
In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered:
- Unused and unworn.
- With original tags, accessories, and packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return procedure
To initiate the process, you must complete the form available in the Help → Changes & Returns section of our website. Once submitted, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Items sent without having previously completed this form will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you decide to return all items included in your order, Mellerbrand will refund the full amount originally paid, including the initial shipping costs from our warehouse to your address. However, the shipping costs of the return itself will not be reimbursed.
Products purchased during promotions
Products purchased during promotional campaigns or under special pricing conditions are subject to the same general return policy, with the following particularities:
- 2x1 Promotion: If only one of the items included in the promotion is returned, 50% of the total amount paid for both products will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs.
- “Meller Deal” Promotion (1 pair at price X / 2 pairs at price Y): In the event of returning one of the pairs purchased under this promotion, only the difference between the promotional price for two units and the price established for a single unit will be refunded, corresponding to the additional cost of the second pair.
Damaged or defective products
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 30 calendar days using the returns form that you will find in our website (Help → Changes & Returns). We will then evaluate your case and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require up to an additional 10 business days to process and post the refund.
