MELLER CLUB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Information

Meller Club is Meller’s loyalty program, a brand owned and operated by Stellio Ventures SL, Tax Identification Number B66279118, with registered office at Calle Aragón 247, ENT1a, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, which markets its products through www.mellerbrand.com .

By purchasing the Meller Club, the customer agrees to these specific Terms and Conditions, as well as Meller’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy .

2. Scope of Application

The Meller Club applies exclusively to purchases made through www.mellerbrand.com .

It does not apply to purchases made in physical stores or through third-party distributors.

The Meller Club is valid in all countries where Meller offers online shipping, except India.

3. Subscription and Duration

The Meller Club is a one-time purchase with a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

The subscription does not renew automatically and will automatically expire once the one-year period has ended.

4. Benefits – Extra 10% Discount

Meller Club members receive an extra 10% discount on future orders during the active subscription period.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout once the customer enters the email address used to purchase the Meller Club.

The discount is unlimited during the one-year validity period.

Currently, the discount applies to all products.

5. Compatibility with Other Promotions

The 10% Meller Club discount can be combined with the following promotions:

• 2x1 promotions
• 20% discount promotions
• Meller Deal promotions

Meller reserves the right to modify the list of compatible promotions in the future.

6. Email Communications

By joining the Meller Club, the customer agrees to receive:

• Standard Meller newsletters; and
• Exclusive Meller Club communications, including branded content and early access to selected product launches.

Customers may unsubscribe from general newsletters at any time.

However, essential administrative communications related to the Meller Club (such as subscription status or remaining validity period) may continue to be sent while the membership remains active.

7. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their Meller Club subscription at any time by contacting info@mellerbrand.com.

Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund, except as provided in Section 8.

Once cancelled, all Meller Club benefits will be permanently deactivated.

8. Returns and Refunds

If the customer returns the product within 30 days of purchase, the full cost of the loyalty program will be refunded.

If the product is returned after 30 days, a proportional refund will be issued corresponding to the unused remaining period of the annual membership.

9. Changes to the Program

Meller reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the benefits of the Meller Club at any time and will inform Meller Club customers in writing.

Changes will not affect benefits already used or discounts already applied. In the event of significant changes, prior notice will be provided and, where required, a cancellation mechanism will be made available to users who do not accept such changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
