LEGAL BASIS OF THE PRIMAVERA SOUND GIVEAWAY

1. Identification of the competition organiser

The organiser of this competition is Stellio Ventures, S.L. (hereinafter, “MELLER” or “the Organiser”), with registered office at Pere IV 78-84, 6º3ª, 08005, Barcelona, Spain, and tax identification number B-66279118.

MELLER makes available to participants located within the European territory the conditions governing the giveaway called “WIN 2 FULL PRIMAVERA SOUND VIP TICKETS”, in which users may participate through Instagram.

This giveaway is organised in collaboration with Primavera Sound (hereinafter, “Collaborating Partner”), who provides the prize described in section 5 in its entirety and assumes the tax obligations arising from its delivery in accordance with applicable regulations.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed to MELLER and not to Instagram or Meta.


2. Territorial and temporal scope of the promotion

This giveaway is valid throughout Europe.

The giveaway period will begin on 14/05/26 and will end on 18/05/26 at 23:59 CET. Users participating outside this period will not be eligible for the giveaway.

MELLER reserves the right to postpone, extend, suspend, cancel or modify the duration of the giveaway at any time prior to its completion for justified reasons, which will be communicated through the same channels used to promote the giveaway.


3. Participation conditions

In order to participate in the giveaway, users must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a natural person.
  • Be over eighteen (18) years of age. MELLER reserves the right to request proof of age from the winner prior to delivering the prize.
  • Be a resident within Europe.

Participation is completely free of charge.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant who disrupts or attempts to disrupt the proper functioning of the giveaway or acts in bad faith.


4. How the giveaway works

To participate in the giveaway, users must:

  • Follow MELLER’s Instagram account (@meller).
  • Tag a friend in the giveaway post comments.

Participants may comment multiple times, provided different personal Instagram accounts are tagged in each comment.

At the time of the draw, the selected winner must still be following @meller in order to be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

Any user who does not comply with these instructions will not be eligible to win.


5. Prize and winner selection

Any participant who complies with all the requirements established in these legal terms may win the following prize, provided entirely by Primavera Sound:

  • 2 Full Primavera Sound VIP tickets
  • Food & Beverages tickets of 60€ per person per day included

(hereinafter, “the Prize”).

Transport and accommodation costs are not included.

The prize cannot be exchanged, altered or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

The giveaway winner will be contacted privately on 19/05/26 via Instagram Direct Message and publicly announced on 01/06/26 through MELLER’s social media channels and/or Instagram account. The gap between these two dates is required for prize verification and coordination with the Collaborating Partner.

Once the winner has been selected, MELLER will verify that all participation requirements have been met.

If the selected winner does not respond within 24 hours from the first contact attempt, or rejects the prize, MELLER reserves the right to select another winner.


6. Fiscal obligations

The estimated total value of the prize is approximately 800€ (subject to confirmation by the Collaborating Partner).

The prize is provided entirely by Primavera Sound, who, as the donor of the prize, assumes the tax obligations arising from its delivery in accordance with applicable Spanish regulations.

Winners resident in other European countries shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable in their country of residence in accordance with local legislation. MELLER recommends that non-Spanish residents consult a tax adviser regarding their obligations.

MELLER will collaborate as far as possible in providing documentation necessary for compliance with applicable tax obligations.


7. Data protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), MELLER informs participants of the following:

  • Purpose of processing: Management and administration of the giveaway, selection and contact of the winner, and public announcement of the result.
  • Legal basis: Consent of the participant by accepting these terms and conditions (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and legitimate interest of the organiser (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Data retention: Personal data will be retained for the duration of the giveaway and for a maximum of 3 years thereafter for legal compliance purposes, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
  • Recipients: Data will not be transferred to third parties except to the Collaborating Partner (Primavera Sound) solely for the purpose of prize delivery, and where required by law.
  • Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection by writing to info@mellerbrand.com, attaching a copy of their identity document.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – www.aepd.es).

8. Limitation of liability

The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any issues attributable to third parties, internet failures, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation in the giveaway.

MELLER shall not be responsible for any misuse of the prize by the winner.

MELLER is not responsible for transportation, accommodation or any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

10. Safeguard clause

Should any clause of these terms and conditions be declared invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.


11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

This giveaway and its legal terms shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any jurisdiction applicable by law.

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
